This is just to ensure you don’t have a fever. We do ask that if you’re feeling unwell prior to your appointment that you let us know. We can get you rescheduled when you’re feeling better. Updated Sterilization and Disinfection Protocols
To better ensure our patients and team members’ safety, we wanted to remind all of our patients about our strict safety protocols we’ve always had in place. This is of the utmost importance when it comes to sterilization and disinfection of our Rocky Mount dental office and the tools we use. When we’re not providing direct dental services, we kindly request all patients wear a mask.
Our team is very careful to sterilize all instruments that are used for patient care. This includes autoclaving anything that can tolerate heat; otherwise, we carefully spray and wipe the surfaces with a strong, safe disinfectant.
